PURCHASE ORDER
1) VIA CREDIT CARDS
Online purchase is using our secure server with your Visa, MasterCard, Discover, or American Express credit cards directly no mater you are within USA or an international customer.

2) VIA CHECKS
Payment with your check is welcome. Please note: Checks returned for insufficient or uncollected funds, together with Service Charges, may be debited electronically from your account or collected using a bank draft drawn from your account.

3) VIA WIRE TRANSFER

SHIPPING CHARGE
Orders will ship via United Parcel Service, Fedex or UPS at the standard, published rate. Even more we provide Free Shipping Service, see shipping chart below for charges (for customers within the United States):

For customers outside the United States, $20 will be charged for international shipping fee.

MAILING
A street address is required. Where the delivery address is a Post Office Box, United States Postal Service will be used, with no additional shipping cost.

TAXES, CUSTOMS & DUTY
The final purchase price may include all applicable state and local taxes. It does not include customs and duty charges for orders outside the United States. Customs and duty charges are the responsibility of the customer.

CANCELLATION
Cancelled orders consented to by the Seller are subject to cancellation charges, based upon all expenses incurred by the Seller up to the time of cancellation, including a reasonable profit on such expenses.

RETURN POLICY
All standard products purchased on-line can be returned to Laser Lab Components, Inc. within 30-days. If one of these standard products does not meet your expectations, just return it to us as new within 30 days for an exchange or refund. The return policy does not include shipping charges. No restocking fee will apply.
Contact us by FAX or E-Mail. Provide the purchase order number (if you have), part number, and the reason for return. We will then give you a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) that must be referenced on the packing list when the part is returned.
